We have an active homeowner association and a reputation for safety and community involvement. The neighborhood, first established in May 1986, is situated on the southeastern end of York County (population 57,000) and consists of 249 homes, a common grounds park, and a 16-acre lake.

Yes, our lake is shaped like a fish!
